IberCaja launches a powerful Personal Banking Service03.03.2010
Ibercaja, the sixth Spanish savings bank by asset size, has developed a powerful service that specializes in personal banking customers in upper middle-income. For technology development that supports this service, IberCaja has enjoyed the cooperation of Openfinance throughout the project, from consulting to implementation.
Under the Personal Banking service, each customer will receive a unique and differentiated through a personal adviser, a financial specialist who will provide:
- customized investment proposals according to the needs and preferences of each client, taking into account the full range of products IberCaja to optimize the personalized value proposition;
- powerful reports financial situation, through which the customer can know the full position of its investments and its evolution;
- proper monitoring of the portfolios of clients, providing the mechanisms and risk alerts and cost required for successful portfolio management and customers.
